i wanna love life

listening to all kinds of interesting music, working on special projects, getting the laundry done... it's a full life here in Highfield Park.

the interview went as well as could be expected yesterday. i hate behavioural interview questions. "Can you tell us a specific time that you were working as part of a team where there was conflict with a peer, and how you resolved it?" bleh.

late night at work again tonight, but tomorrow off. i think i might run some errands and spend my income tax refund. good times!

Never answer that question with "I resolved it with EXTREME PREJUDICE!" Never. Believe me.

By the way, for what job was this for? Another placement at Convergys, or somewhere else?

ps. I didn't mean to put the redundant "for" in that question. But I am in favour of self-policing grammar police.

the job i was interviewing for was at Convergys. it's in the Command Centre, which handles the routing of incoming calls to Halifax and Lubbock, Texas. they also manage the project by ensuring that we meet certain service levels, which are specified in our contract with the client. doesn't THAT sound exciting.
